Delivery

UK Delivery

We provide a  variety of delivery options to mainland England, Wales and Scotland only. Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and similar locations with relatively difficult access or rare visits by couriers may incur additional charges. Any additional charges that may apply will be communicated prior to shipping. Some items in our shop may be excluded from the free delivery service.

UK standard delivery

We aim to dispatch your item within 2 working days for orders placed before 12 noon and delivered within the estimated time period noted at checkout. Large items that require collection by the courier from our location can take up to an additional 3 days.

UK express delivery

We aim to dispatch your item within 2 working days for orders placed before 12 noon and deliver within the estimated time period as mentioned at checkout. Large items that require collection by the courier from our location can take up to an additional 3 days. Likewise, express deliveries to a small number of rural postcodes can take up to an additional 3 working days. These are listed below. Couriers deliver Monday-Friday between 7.30am-5pm excluding public holidays (however, due to circumstances beyond our control these times may vary). Deliveries outside of mainland England, Wales and Scotland do incur additional charges. We do need a signature for your delivery so need a safe place to leave your goods which you can tell us about at checkout.

International Deliveries

We deliver to France, Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, Spain, Italy and other parts of West Europe. We may also deliver to other countries subject to approval on order.

Alternative delivery address

You can choose to have your order delivered to an alternative address (not the billing address) at checkout. We do not deliver to PO boxes.

Incorrect Address

If the address is incorrect or not complete the package is usually returned to us by the courier. Please check your delivery address carefully when placing an order.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If our couriers are unsuccessful on the first attempt we may call you to re-arrange delivery.

UK working days

Working days are Monday-Friday excluding Bank Holidays. Please note weekends are not classified as working days.

Post code exclusions

The following postcodes and areas are considered as risk areas and orders may be cancelled if our courier is unable to deliver to these areas: AB26, BT, DD2, DG, EH38, EH43, EH44, EH45, EH46, GY, HS, IM, IV, JE, KA27, KW, KY13, PA20, PA28, PA30, PA31, PA34, PA35, PA41, PH3, PO30, PO41, TD (except TD15), TR21, TR22, TR23, TR24, TR25 & ZE. All cities, towns and postcodes that are not part of mainland England, Wales or Scotland.
