It's perfectly normal to sometimes change our mind! Most orders, with standard or economy shipping, can be cancelled prior to being dispatched. Unfortunately we are unable to cancel orders if you have selected express delivery service.
Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. Please keep in mind that customers are responsible for returns as per our returns policy and may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

We currently ship to the United Kingdom, and selected countries in western Europe. To enquire about shipping to a different destination, please contact us.

We provide a range of shipping options. Please note that some items are imported and may take longer. If you require a product by a certain date please enquire before placing the order as deliveries vary each product.

If you wish to return a product, please contact us within 30 days of purchase to attain approval before sending the item otherwise your return may be invalidated. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.

Refunds are usually processed within 14 days from when we receive the item(s). It may take additional days for the payment provider to transfer the amount back into the same payment method used.
